Returns and Refunds We hope that you will be fully satisfied with your order.
However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, please notify us within 7 days of your receipt of goods. This applies to all the below.
Please send a picture, your order number, and an explanation of your request to: info@ahio.co.za
Please note: This only applies to products purchased off our online store.
1. Returns and refunds:
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund (up to 10 business days).
We want to make it as easy as possible for you to be satisfied.
2. Defective or incorrect items:
Please inspect your goods once you receive them and contact us within 7 days at info@ahio.co.za if they are defective, damaged or the incorrect item.
Slight dents do not count as a damaged or defected product.
We will collect the product from you at no charge. Once we have inspected it for ourselves we will then deliver the correct product to you if available or either refund or credit your account within 10 working days.
